Winter practice in India

Winter practice in India
Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

If you want to experience kalarippayattu practice at its source, come to our school in  Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) in South India.

Palm forests and banana orchards, delicious and healthy home made food and simply daily life at the suburbs of quite (as for India) Trivandrum create a magic atmosphere of Kerala, where our trainings take place. Our everyday life consists then of trainings at the accompaniament of crows and horns, hand wash in cold water, chopping little onions and peeling moringa, mental reset not free from challenges to our habits and – last but not least – intense practice of kalarippayattu.
